Analysis of Reporting in the Nevada Courts
NVCRA recently hired Chris Crawford of Justice Served to complete a study of court reporters and court recorders in Nevada. Chris Crawford is a court management consultant with over 37 years of experience in court management and court administration. His company, JUSTICE SERVED is an alliance of court management and justice experts providing management services, consultation and training to courts, justice agencies and their partners in technology.
NVCRA is working hard for our members, and we are pleased to inform you that the report prepared by Chris Crawford of Justice Served has been completed. This report will be used to help educate judges, lawyers, court administrators and the public about the importance of using a certified court reporter as the guardian of the record.

The State of Nevada Certified Court Reporters Board has compiled the recently updated Nevada Administrative Code, the Nevada Revised Statutes, Nevada Rules of Appellate Procedure, notary laws and other important laws affecting court reporters in a booklet for reporters' use.
